Vehicle Inspection

Only these four inspection areas are required: odometer, exterior/body, tires, and interior cleanliness. Follow each photo guide exactly so Compliance can review your vehicle.

1. Odometer REQUIRED

Enter the current mileage, then photograph the dashboard odometer so the mileage is clearly readable.

WHERE TO STAND: Sit in the driver seat and point the camera directly at the instrument cluster.
CAMERA → DASHBOARD / ODOMETER
Make sure the mileage numbers are sharp and fully visible.

2. Exterior / Body REQUIRED

Take four full-vehicle photos in a well-lit area. Keep the entire vehicle inside the frame.

Front View
WHERE TO STAND: About 10–15 feet directly in front of the vehicle, centered with the grille.
YOU 📷 → FRONT OF SUV
Capture bumper, grille, hood, windshield and both front corners.
Rear View
WHERE TO STAND: About 10–15 feet directly behind the vehicle, centered with the rear hatch.
REAR OF SUV ← 📷 YOU
Capture rear bumper, hatch, rear glass and both rear corners.
Driver Side View
WHERE TO STAND: About 12–18 feet from the driver side, centered between the front and rear doors.
YOU 📷 → DRIVER SIDE
Capture the entire side from front bumper to rear bumper.
Passenger Side View
WHERE TO STAND: About 12–18 feet from the passenger side, centered between the front and rear doors.
PASSENGER SIDE ← 📷 YOU
Capture the entire side from front bumper to rear bumper.

3. Tires REQUIRED

Take one close, clear photo of each tire. The tread and sidewall must be visible.

Front Left Tire
WHERE TO STAND: Crouch 2–3 feet from the driver-side front wheel.

Fill most of the frame with the tire and wheel.
Front Right Tire
WHERE TO STAND: Crouch 2–3 feet from the passenger-side front wheel.

Rear Left Tire
WHERE TO STAND: Crouch 2–3 feet from the driver-side rear wheel.
📷 → REAR LEFT TIRE
Rear Right Tire
WHERE TO STAND: Crouch 2–3 feet from the passenger-side rear wheel.

4. Interior Cleanliness REQUIRED

Show that the passenger area is clean, presentable, and ready for an Eagle Eye client.

Front Interior
WHERE TO STAND: Open the driver door and take the photo from just outside the vehicle.
📷 → FRONT CABIN
Show front seats, center console, dashboard and floor area.
Rear Passenger Interior
WHERE TO STAND: Open a rear passenger door and take the photo from just outside the vehicle.
📷 → REAR PASSENGER AREA
Show rear seats, floor, door area and visible passenger space.
