Customers and drivers can use this page to request deletion of an Eagle Eye account and associated personal data. Eagle Eye may verify identity before completing the request.
What happens next
Eagle Eye will review the request and may contact you to verify identity. Information that is not required to be retained will be deleted or de-identified. Certain records may be retained when reasonably necessary for payments, payouts, accounting, tax, insurance, claims, fraud/safety investigations, legal holds, disputes, regulatory obligations, or enforcement.
